Our educators are actively and directly engaged with children throughout the day. We do not use “under roof” ratios — supervision is intentional, present, and responsive.
Highly trained and safety-focused educators
Our team completes regular and annual training to ensure best practice, including First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, Child Protection and Mandatory Reporting, Allergy Awareness, and Behaviour Guidance and Support. This ensures children are cared for in safe, respectful, and supportive environments.
